Its time to take those old figures, manga, scrolls, plushies, DVDs, backpacks, cosplays, video games, k-pop music CDs, cassettes, DBZ VHS tapes out of the closet, basement, and attic and start making some cash so you can spend it all in the vendor’s room!
Please follow this easy guideline if you wish to participate in this event.
- First, come/first serve. We only have a very limited amount of tables and space. The doors will open at 9AM for set up. When all spaces are filled, we will not be able to accommodate any more participants.
- Please make sure any NEW merchandise does NOT exceed more than 10% of what your bringing. (Vintage figures are exempt. Anything older than 10 years is considered vintage) If you have nothing but new items, consider being a vendor in the vendor room next year. Also, no artwork is allowed. If you have artwork to sell, consider being an artist in the artist alley next year.
No professional Exhibitors are allowed. Each table will be reviewed by the Vendor Coordinator to ensure all tables are within compliance with the rules of the convention, Blues Bazaar event, and the Anime Blues Con Exhibit Hall. If any tables are found in breach of the rules you will be asked to either store the merchandise and or asked leave.
- There is no minimum or maximum amount of items you can bring. However, your table is 6 feet long and 30 inches wide so you cannot go over that amount of space. You also cannot use any space that is in front or back of the table. All items must be on the table. Make it fancy and bring your tablecloths. No tablecloths are provided.
- What you trade or sell is yours to keep. But keep an eye on your wares. Anime Blues is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please do not bring any food or liquids to sell. Also, NO metal weapons and adult items are allowed.
